The Manufacturing Challenge

The floor and the office, same numbers.

Production data usually arrives at the office as a summary, a day late and already contested. Planning is done against numbers the floor no longer recognizes. We close that gap — capturing what happens at the machine as it happens, and feeding it straight into planning, quality and costing.

  • Captured at source — output, downtime and scrap recorded at the machine, not reconstructed later.
  • Live to planning — schedules that respond to what the line is actually doing.
  • Traceable — batch and lot genealogy from raw material to dispatched unit.
  • Operator-first — interfaces usable with gloves on, in noise, in a hurry.

What We Build

Manufacturing systems we deliver.

Production Management

Work orders, scheduling, machine and shift tracking with live output against plan. Downtime and its reasons get recorded as they happen, so the weekly efficiency conversation is about causes rather than about whose figures are right.

Supply Chain

Supplier management, purchase orders, goods receipt and demand planning connected end to end. Lead times and reliability are tracked per supplier, so sourcing decisions rest on performance rather than on relationship.

Quality Control

Inspection plans, in-process checks, non-conformance handling and corrective actions, with defect data analyzed by product, line and shift. Batch traceability makes a recall a query rather than an archaeology project.

Inventory

Raw material, work-in-progress and finished goods tracked with batch and location detail. Reorder points and consumption forecasts prevent both line stoppages and warehouses full of capital.

ERP Solutions

Production, inventory, procurement, sales and finance on one system — implemented or integrated, and configured to your process rather than forcing your process into a template.

How We Deliver

Deploying on a live plant.

1

Walk the floor

We follow a product through the plant end to end and record what actually happens, including the workarounds nobody documents.

2

Instrument first

Capture the data before changing the process — a month of honest numbers makes the design argument for you.

3

Pilot one line

The new system runs on a single line alongside existing practice, with operators involved in the design.

4

Integrate

Machines, ERP and quality systems connected so data flows once instead of being rekeyed.

5

Scale by line

Rollout line by line, each carrying the previous line's lessons. No plant-wide switchover.

Outcomes

What changes on the floor.

📈

Higher Throughput

Downtime causes become visible, so they get fixed instead of absorbed into the plan.

🧾

Real Costing

Actual material, labour and scrap per order, instead of a standard cost nobody trusts.

🔎

Traceability on Demand

Batch genealogy from raw material to customer, retrievable in seconds.

📦

Leaner Inventory

Consumption-driven reordering reduces both stockouts and idle capital.
